New Home Sales & Building Programme Consultant

Maas Group Family Properties have been building quality new homes in Dubbo for past 3 years now. We have established very successful businesses in Regional NSW. We are highly regarded for our home quality, our diverse plan range, our industry experience and knowledge, and our dedication to customer service.

Maas Group Family Properties are seeking a New Home Sales & Building Programme Consultant with energy and enthusiasm that can work autonomously and deliver professional services to our clients. You will be supported with the best available home designs in the market that include contemporary building materials and specifications, ongoing marketing campaigns and a team of professional support staff.

The role requires:

  • Sales of land and new home packages
  • Co-ordinating, assisting and confirming client building and colour selections
  • Being the primary client contact person during their building programme
  • Liaising with builders to ensure building contract requirements are achieved
  • Having a sound understanding of sales and building contracts and how these influence your work
  • An ability to track the building process and provide clear updates to clients
  • Clear concise document management and processes
  • High literacy and communication skills
  • Efficient yet flexible time management skills

Please note, the position requires weekend work from our Display Home Suites in Southlakes Estate.

The salary and commission structure offered will be dependent upon your relevant experience and qualifications.
