The plan includes contemporary ground floor retail and upper level commercial office space over-looking Macquarie Street, 200 serviced apartments and up to 90 residential apartments. The developments construction would be staged in its delivery.
This new development will be set around the Old Bank restaurant and we will redevelop and open up the lane beside the Old Bank to create a thriving café/restaurant and retail strip.

Demolition is underway and we will be working with Council over the coming months to have the DA approved with construction currently planned for 2018 with stage 1 to open in 2019.
